"New and Existing Student Loan Program" not only because it is needed as you have stressed. I believe this will sway the youth/student vote, such as, "Democratic Students for Trump"

How does "New and Existing Student Loan Program" benefit the High School Graduate who chooses to go to work instead of college?
He or she earns a living, is productive in society and pays the taxes necessary to support the College Student. Where does "entitlement" end and accountable fairness begin?
